RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14 days after the date your order is delivered.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Before sending any item, email contact@buysaint-tropez.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will review the request and send the return instructions and the applicable return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with its original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable consumer law.

RETURN SHIPPING
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any carrier charges. If the item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, contact us immediately. Where the claim is confirmed, Saint Tropez will provide an appropriate remedy and cover the required return cost as applicable by law.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate goods, opened personal-care items, and other goods that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons are not returnable unless defective. Gift cards, final-sale items, and customized or personalized items are not returnable where permitted by law.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to obtain another size or color is to request a return and, after approval, place a new order. Availability is not guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order. After processing or dispatch begins, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return procedure will apply.

REFUNDS
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will email the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
For eligible orders delivered in the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights apply. You may notify us within 14 days after delivery, subject to legal exceptions.
