SHIPPING POLICY

Saint Tropez ships to Brazil and to the international destinations that are available in the country selector and at checkout on buysaint-tropez.com. If no shipping option is shown for an address, we do not currently ship to that destination.

BRAZIL
Standard shipping costs R$22.00. The configured transit estimate is 3 to 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Eligible international orders are shipped with DHL Express at no shipping charge. Availability is determined by destination and is confirmed at checkout. Delivery time varies by destination and the estimate shown at checkout applies to the order.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local fees imposed by the destination country.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

DELAYS, LOSS, AND DAMAGE
Carrier and customs delays can occur outside our control. If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or damage, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. For a damaged package, keep the packaging and send clear photos.
