How to measure

Chest. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level across your back. Relax your arms, breathe normally and do not pull the tape tight.Natural waist. Bend slightly to one side to find the natural crease. Stand upright again and measure around that point, keeping the tape comfortable and level.
